cross-over 20-15-8-4 aumentando ogni serie il peso senza recupero 10-15-20-25kg (ceduto sull'altima serie..eseguite solo 2)
french press ez 30 gradi 3x8 20Kg+bil
push down 2x8 1x6+6+6 25-25-20kg (morto!) in piu' ABS blandi xche' mercoledi provo gli stacchi pesanti
