Nei pulls ho provato a seguire il consiglio di sly ma mi son trovato male : piu rom sì, ma con cosi poco peso non percepisco i dorsali, e il controllo dei traps sulle scapole va un po a puttane. E provando a lavorarci il dorso finisco per non sentire nemmeno i posteriori
Eh sly andare piu indietro è un casino. Se tengo i gomiti un po flessi non riesco a coordinare bene i motori sul dorso. Se li tendo i bicipiti tirano un po e i tricipiti esplodono.
