Sono pienamente d'accordo...io adesso lo faccio a peso fisso con 25libbre a manubrio (dicamo 11,5kg) e le spalle sono il mio punto forte come muscolo...poi tempo fa quando ancora certe cose non le avevo capite sono arrivato anche a 30kg in serie di 10-12 mi pare pero con risultati nettamente inferiori .
