La panca reclinabile deve essere corta, spiccia e robusta. In modo che puoi tirare dietro la testa per esercizi come i military avanti con bilanciere e non sbatte il manubrio dietro quando si fanno i tricipiti seduti.

Questa per me è un tantino lunga e c'ha troppe fregne.ma magari è bella robusta.
Io con una panca tipo quella x fare la piana mi sto trovando male, perdo di stabilita'
Devo aggiungere pero' che proprio sotto le scapole la panca e' larga 20 cm, assicurati sia piu' larga.
