Io quando usavo i manubri caricabili per ovviare al problema del "bucarsi" le gambe appoggiavo metà piastra sulle gambe: c'è meno equilibrio perchè il baricentro è spostato di lato ma riesci a tenerli e nel frattempo non rischi di trapassarti le gambe
