In ogni caso... Vedo che a cena l'olio è tornato a 20 grammi, riportalo a 10 e aggiungi 10 grammi di frutta secca a metà mattina.
Le proteine sono troppe, anche i grassi. Rileggi le guide e modifica di conseguenza...
