vorrei aggiungere che spesso, preferisco sostituire l'evo con "mixed nuts", per cambiare e perche' so che contengono CLA

...io chiedo perchè mi ritrovo ad assumere pochissime fonti di fat polinsaturi: le noci mi creano un gonfiore assurdo, il pesce grasso lo vedo come un mix di 3 tipi di fat e per questo chiedevo dell olio di semi di girasole...ma da quanto ho capito lo si trova solo raffinato
