cmq non trascurare quel muscolo, poichè ti è d'aiuto in tutti gli esercizi x la schiena. Semmai lo alleni solamente con lo stacco da terra, tuttavia, senza un trapezio forte di stacco non darai mai sfogo a tutto il tuo potenziale. E' un cane che si morde la coda
