NY PRO sotto tono. Morel e Martinez, molto vicini. Secondo me Morel chiaro vincitore, miglioratissimo su femorali, schiena, braccia e gambe.

VICTOR MARTINEZ OR JUAN MOREL - WHO YOU GUNNA CALL?
Written by Peter McGough
IFBB New York Pro 2015 - Prejudge Report
In the countdown to the 2015 New York Pro, staged today (May 10) in Teaneck, New Jersey, a major topic was the clash between close friends Victor Martinez and Juan Morel. Indeed 41 year old Victor has been something of a mentor to 33 year old Morel, and with the latter consistently improving while the former in many ways is trying to replicate his best, we may be approaching the mentor-pupil reversal that occurred between Jay Cutler and Phil Heath.
The focus on this duo seemed justified when they were the sole members of the first call out – something we haven’t seen in some time. Earlier as they did their individual opening routines it seemed Morel might eclipse Martinez. But the proof in the pudding (not that Vic or Juan resemble a pudding) is when bodybuilders stand next to each other. Here’s how it looked as the duo flexed through the eight mandatories.
Front Double Biceps: Victor has more flare to his upper body, biceps more peaked, midsection more detailed and thigh sweep more prominent.
Give it to Martinez
Give it to Morel
Call it even
Give it to Martinez
Give it to Martinez
Give it to Martinez
Give it to Morel
Give it to Morel
Elsewhere it looks like Maxx Charles may edge into third with much improved legs and that crazy upper body.
Alex Fedorov was about the same as he was in finishing third in Orlando last week but with his freaky size (after 11 months of working out after an eight year layoff) he is the breakout star of 2015 and at his current rate of progress he could be sensational in 2016.
I’m not sure where Henri Pierre Ano from Canada will finish, but with his God-given frame and lines he has potential written all over him
212 DIVISION
This was a battle between highly ranked Guy Cisternino and pro debutant Kim Jun Ho from South Korea. The latter brought to battle round muscle bellies and good proportions augmented by excellent condition. But Cisternino was just about as well conditioned and was so much bigger and fuller in major bodyparts with great legs -- complete with hanging hams -- and a freaky back double biceps shot and looks certain to take top honors here.
It his pro debut Chris Tuttle presented flowing lines and a tiny waist but somehow did not seem as sharp as his pre contest shots promised. Still he could well be third.
Special shout out to Shaun Clarida who has made outstanding quality gains from last year.
