Hi , I’m Pragmat and my English isn’t so good , so I would like to practice it and improve my level .
Usually I see Hargainers’s Forum and I use a two-days training program , that I posted some weeks ago .
I also like cycling, so I would ask a question about aerobic activities.
If the aerobic activity is longer than one hour , how can I reduce the loss of mass ?
My fat percentage is about 8% , so I don’t need to loose weight , I would like to increase it !
Usually I take BCAA before and after cycling and I drink some carbo drinks during the the activity .
Any helps is welcome , also for my English .
