    Aerobic activities

    Hi , I’m Pragmat and my English isn’t so good , so I would like to practice it and improve my level .
    Usually I see Hargainers’s Forum and I use a two-days training program , that I posted some weeks ago .
    I also like cycling, so I would ask a question about aerobic activities.
    If the aerobic activity is longer than one hour , how can I reduce the loss of mass ?
    My fat percentage is about 8% , so I don’t need to loose weight , I would like to increase it !

    Usually I take BCAA before and after cycling and I drink some carbo drinks during the the activity .


    Any helps is welcome , also for my English .

    You could try with Glutammine before your training

      Bcaa and glutammine are very useful to prevent the loss of mass.Be sure to get them before the workout as Gawain said.But in my opinion you must pay attention to the carbo drinks.Infact they could prevent you from losing fats by increasing the level of insulin.

            He wouldn't like to increase his percentage of fat mass.Who is so stupid to want it ?He'd like to gain weight by increasing his percentage of muscles.

              Re-reading my post, I understand it wasn't so clear .
              I practice aerobic activity (cycling) because I like it , not for decrease my fat percentage , I think that 8% is good for me .
              But I know also that, in activities longer more than one hour (two or three in my case) , I loose also thin mass ( muscles).
              That's what I wont to avoid !

              In any case, what can I drink or eat during the activity?

                You should reduce your aerobic activity so that you can keep your thin mass.2 hours of aerobic activities are enough to decrease your percentage of thin mass.
