Ora sono sui 99-100kg, e pur essendo ancora in fase di massa non vado oltre il 9% di b.f.. Credo che per la mia stazza ci vogliano 80-90g, almeno quando alleno i gruppi muscolari maggiori (quadricipiti, dorsali, pettorali); ad esempio dopo il w.o. per le braccia, che alleno in una seduta a parte, mi bastano 50-60g.
