La 2^ che hai detto, nelle pubblicità se vedi ci sono solo modelli con fisici scolpiti che convincono gli utenti ad acquistare quel prodotto di modo che diventino come loro....per me la cosa giusta da fare, oltre ad una dieta sana ed equilibrata, è un buon allenamento e l'eventuale uso di alcuni integratori.

Per dimagrire serve una dieta corretta: nessun integratore ti può essere d'aiuto altrimenti. Poi sulla reale efficacia di questi prodotti bisognerebbe scendere più nel particolare e non fermarsi alle cose per sentito dire.
