Io fossi in te, toglierei il carico che è solo un'inutile affaticamento allo stomaco, farei 5g al mattino con una fonte di carbo nei giorni in cui non ti alleni e 3g prima + 3g dopo i giorni di allenamento. Comincia così e vedi come ti trovi poi a limite puoi arrivare a fare 5+5 nei giorni wo credo sia più che sufficiente.
