se parli di stile libero (crawl) mi pare ke siano tricipiti e dorsali i piu interessati
per la parte inferiore del corpo nn saprei credo i muscoli anteriori della coscia (nn so il nome) e addominali.
bhe tutto cio ke si puo kiamare allenamento credo vada oltre l'ora tra riscaldamento, defaticamento e minkiate varie. nuotare un'ora cmq nn è da tutti per quanto piano kessia. meglio fare resistenza correndo eppoi cimentarsi nel nuoto
