salve a tutti sono nuovo!...sono un raga di 22 anni! faccio un allenamento con la corda un gg si ed uno no!...per circa 20 minuti in piu un po di pesi ..ma in maniera leggera!....e addominali per circa 130 tra obbliqui bassi e alti!..ma nonostante cio ho i fianchi che hanno sempre volume grasso!...non riesco prorprio a capire come fare per eliminarli! qualcuno potrebbe darmi qualche consiglio?!!grazie!
