Ho una curiosita': siccome in lowcarb i carbo sono per definizione pochi, ci saranno inevitabilmente spuntini dove si contraddice la regola generale del bb riguardo i macronutrienti(cioe' che in ogni pasto siano presenti carbo pro e grassi), allora mi chiedevo (visto che nn ho mai fatto una low carb) se fare spuntini con solo pro e grassi nn sia controproducente per il corpo. se sgui un regime low carb no, ci sono i suoi xchè, primo fra tutti al sostiutzione dei carbo con i fat e se fai una keto i corpi chetonici... ovviamente le ricariche
