Raga, faccio colazione con 100 gr di farinata d'avena e 300 ml di albumi...esce un pappone alla Coleman ma dopo qualche tempo diventa pesante da mangiare...mi stanca..secondo voi al posto della farinata d'avena che tipo di alimento posso sostituire? che abbia un I.G. basso e qualche profilo ammino decente? perchè le uova le sostituirei con le whey.. giusto per alternare i due tipi di colazioni ...grazie
