ciao a tutti... sto seguendo una scheda per la massa però sono un po sottopeso come faccio a prendere quei kilettiche mi mancano ? sono alto 1.74 e peso 54 kili a colazione bevo una tazza di latte, spuntino con panino, a pranzo carne prevalentemente rossa o dei panini a cena pasta frutta a volte verdura e formaggi... consigli?
