Mia madre fa una cosa super buonissima: carpaccio di tonno!
Prendi un trancio di tonno fresco tagliato il più fine possibile, poi lo metti con olio di oliva, limone, sale e cipolla tropea tagliata a rondelle fini fini, lo lasci marinare qualche ora e poi lo mangi.....leggero, delicatissimo, e squisitooo!!!!!!

Altra variante che ho assaggiato poco tempo fa in un ristorante: stessi ingredienti e stesso procedimento ma con nocciole tritate al posto della cipolla. Si può fare pure col pesce spada
