Oggi dopo il dorso dovevo fare un po' di cardio ... visto che non avevo voglia e volevo anche fare lo stacco sumo ho fatto un 5x5 con carico fisso e 40" di rec ...ottimo per bruciare calorie ahaha

Comunque si ...i pinpull sono più mirati per la schiena ...ti permette di caricare di più e usare quasi zero la spinta con le gambe ,l'altezza del bil è 3-4 cm sotto al ginocchio
