3x15-20 stacchi rumeni (peso che sarà blandissimo...)

- quel combo non è riscaldamento.....io sento tirare più li che nello squat
- che vuol dire scusa o lo fai bene o non lo fai proprio .... ad ogni WO/serie/ripetizione si deve dare Il MAX
