Da qualche giorno ho avuto un dolore lombare e gluteo destro per lo squat che ho deciso di sospendere per due settimane. Alleno le gambe con curl, extension e calf intanto?
se puoi fai almeno un pò di pressa.
comunque è probabile che hai caricato troppo sullo squat ed hai eseguito un movimento non corretto; abbassa un pò il peso e migliora la tecnica.
