ok, grazie dei consigli...un altra cosa...la lat inversa la faccio con una presa larga quanto le spalle o piu stretta?...si in effetti dopo lo squat gli stacchi sono massacranti...ma il detto dice go hard or go home
presa un po' piu' strettina ...anche io faccio gli stacchi dopo squat e leg solo che lavoro cn un 10rmp cn un 4x8 altrimenti

@huge...in effetti molti applicano quella divisione...in passato l'ho provata ma non mi dava le stesse sensazioni...sembrera assurdo ma tenendo bic e tri sotto stress "continuo" stanno iniziando a cresce abbastanza..
