un istruttore una volta mi disse che se avevo la possibilita (lui in estate lo faceva) di andare tipo in campagna e legare un tronchetto di un peso ovviamente non eccessivo con una corda e legarselo addosso cosi mentre cammini devi trascinarlo ....in questo modo lui aveva aumentato la forza di spinta nelle gambe...forse pero c'è l'effetto collaterale sul cervello da considerare....ditemi voi
