ho scoperto dell'esistenza di questo metodo solo oggi,dopo 6 mesi di allenamento continuato .......ora mi kiedo se sia possibile durante il periodo di skariko in fase di massa svolgere attivita aerobica senza ke ciò comporti problemi alla massa...
si parla di skariko dei pesi...interrompere i pesi per una settimana o diminuirli di un 30%...
se proprio vuoi fare un pò d aerobica nn più d 15 minuti in massa..
può essere utile.. ma x niente indispensabile.. parlo in massa ovviamente
una settimana d scarico o pausa completa puoi farla tranquillamente.. ogni tanto fà bene
