hello I need some help. First of all I am blind I lost my site due to a car accident. And I lost a large amount of strength in my leg on the right side so I have trouble keeping the leg in while it is under pressure when it is being forced out while water skiing. I do squats leg press leg curls leg extensions, lunges and inner and outer leg extensions but I due lower reps and heavy weights for each exercise. Do you think I would be better off doing high reps and more cardio exercises such as biking or stair master. But I still want and need the strength.
