Un ottima metodica sarebbe quella di allenarsi un giorno si, uno no: tipo lunedì si, martedì no, mercoledì si, giovedì no ed infine venerdì. Sabato e domenica possono andare OK come due giorni di totale riposo. Che ne pensi?
Ok , e se intendi su tempi più lunghi diciamo che ogni 3-4 mesi circa potrebbe anche stare bene una settimana OUT , ovverosia senza allenarsi , non ci crederai , ma è veramente profiqua per la crescita del tessuto muscolare e per la salute delle articolazioni.
