l'ho sempre fatto al multi ma ho notato che mi da leggeri dolori alla schiena e allora ho deciso di evitarlo anche perchè lo squat fatto al multi è pessimo! Allora avevo pensato di sostituirlo con la pressa (orizzontale) in 1x20 mc robert ritiene che sia una buona alternativa allo squat... che ne dite?
