Per me la pressa e' un ottimo esercizio se si trova la macchina giusta e la si sa' utilizzare al meglio altrimenti e' meglio lasciar perdere.Comunque gli esercizi che ha elencato Erikz sono tra i migliori che uno puo' scegliere e a mio avviso sono anche tra i piu' appaganti .
