Non è il problema del fare 2 volte un gruppo muscolare, ma converrai con me che fare 6 esercizi alla settimana per le spalle e 1 esercizio per il quadricipite è quantomeno singolare
per le gambe faccio lo squat e il leg curl..cmq dategli una sistematina ditemi come la devo fare !

io x le gambe farei squat, stacchi rumeni e leg press, xo mettere 2 esercizi multiarticolari se sei alle prime armi nn te lo consiglio..meglio 1 multiarticolare + 2 complementari..squat+leg extention+leg curl
