1200 calorie più che perdere massa grassa ne perdi di magra, variazione almeno settimanali, se poi non vuoi fare di fretta la prima dieta la terrei almeno per 2/3 settimane. Se dopo 2/3 settimane non sei sceso o sei sceso poco diminuisci le calorie piano piano di settimana in settimana finchè non inizi a perdere quei 500/600 grammi a settimana.
Proverò a monitorare, comunque in questi giorni mi sembra già di andare meglio avendo variato un po'...grazie mille.
