LBFF COMPETITION RULES
Categories:
Women:
1. Shape
Men:
1. Athletics;
2. Bodybuilding up to and including 172 cm;
3. Bodybuilding up to and including 178 cm;
4. Bodybuilding over 178 cm;
5. Bodybuilding junior under 22 years old (including).
Shape category
The competition takes place in two rounds:
1st Round – comparison – 50% of the total score
During the first round athletes are dressed in two-piece bikini and high-heels shoes (high platform allowed). Bikini color, style, fabric and decorations are athlete individual choice. G-strings are allowed. Stringent regulations – the bikini should be in one color, decorations (stones, beads) should be the same color with fabric color; bikini top straps have to be crossed at the back and strengthened to the bikini bottom.
Athletes are compared in:
1) four quarter turns;
2) five compulsory poses:
1. front double biceps;
2. side chest;
3. back double biceps;
4. side triceps;
5. abdominals and thighs.
General judging criteria: muscular tone, athlete proportions and symmetry.
2nd Round – routine – 50% of the total score.
The duration of the routine – 90 seconds. It is a free choice of dress. The dress should not be vulgar or comparable to the strip category. The use of props is allowed.
Judging criteria: 1) body - 60%;
2) well-choreographing and creative performance - 30%;
3) flexibility and acrobatic elements - 10%.
The winners and the prize-winners are determined by the smallest amount of acquired scores. At the same amount the advantage has that athlete, who gets the high number of better places.
Men's Category
The classifications for Athletic category are based on height/weight formulas:
height up to and including 175 cm maximum weight = height - 100 + 5kg;
height over 175 cm maximum weight = height - 100 + 8kg.
1st Round – comparison
One color bathing suit is allowed. Color and fabric is athlete individual choice.
Athletes are compared in:
1) four quarter turns;
2) 8 compulsory poses:
1. front double biceps;
2. front lat spread;
3. side chest;
4. back double biceps;
5. back lat spread;
6. side triceps;
7. abdominals and thighs;
8. most muscular.
