Fossi in te, toglierei i 5 albumi e aggiungi un altro cucchiaio di proteine in modo da arrivare a 35-40, intanto,come tu saprai, l'organismo non pùo assumere più di quella quota di proteine per volta!!!...togli anche la banana, e aggiungi 60 g. di destrosio(glucosio), una pastiglia di potassio (tipo "lento kalium 600"), 10 g. di creatina, 10 g.di glutammina e se lo trovi 2g. di HMB......il tutto miscelato in acqua (meglio) o latte...vedrai che cambiamenti

Un pasto post-work semplice e veloce potrebbe essere costituito da una 20ina di gr. di destrosio con altrettanti di proteine del siero, sfruttando così la botta anabolica prodotta dall'insulina.
