Come da titolo ragazzi, secondo voi in cheto ci stanno i formaggi come fonte di grassi? Attualmente sto seguendo una cheto con max 30-50 cho al giorno, prendere la quota di fat mi è un po' difficile poiché non posso usufruire del pesce grasso (mi fa proprio schifo), quindi uso come fonti di grassi olio evo, frutta secca, uova e formaggi, che dite può andare? (ovviamente è tutto ben pesato al grammo)
