Non hai tutti i torti, ci sono tanti pro nell'uso dei carbo la sera, è solo una mia fisima, forse ormai datata.
Detto questo eviterei cmq il pane, questo in generale.
Di sera trovo ottime le patate, danno anche maggior senso di sazietà.
Ok, magari il pane lo mangio 1 massimo 2 volte a settimana prediligendo quello integrale e il resto dei carboidrati in patate/riso/pasta integrale per diversificare un po'
