Buonasera ragazzi, vi contatto perché volevo “condividere” con voi il mio problema... ho notato che ho il pettorale destro più piccolo del sinistro... premettendo dal fatto che so che il corpo umano non è simmetrico però vorrei poter ricevere dei consigli da voi per cercare di risolvere tale problema.. grazie in anticipo

Tutti abbiamo piccole asimmetrie, non è un "problema" nel vero senso del termine. Fai del lavoro monolaterale negli esercizi dove possibile ad esempio spinte manubrio un braccio per volta (qui devi stare ben attento a contrarre l'addome e spingere con le gambe per stabilizzarti), oppure croci ai cavi sempre un braccio per volta, e anche in macchinari come la chest press o la pectoral machine puoi lavorare monolateralmente. Dedica un periodo di un mesetto a questo lavoro e poi torna a lavorare normalmente, se vedi che dopo 2 mesi (1 monolat + 1 bilaterale) la situazione non è ancora soddisfacente riprovaci per altri 2 mesi fino a quando compensi questa asimmetria.
