sono sufficienti questi esercizi e queste serie per mettere massa ai glutei?
Si.Tieni conto che nello squat,devi avere la larghezza dei piedi, leggermente superiore alla larghezza dele spalle, punte dei piedi rivolte verso l'esterno, inoltre quando scendi, allargha leggermente le ginocchia.Cio' concentra di piu' lo sforzo sui glutei.
